Founded in 2018, Anvil Rods has emerged as a “Best in Class” company that designs and builds rods for fishing enthusiasts, by fishing enthusiasts. The goal was to fulfill a niche in the conventional fishing rod market, with a product that filled an unconventional need.  This is when Anvil Rods stepped up and said, “We get it,” and decided to give Anglers what they deserved.

Why We Say Forged For The Fight

So, the seeds were sown to create a line of purpose-built rods that took carefully selected blanks, match them up with reliable components and manufacture affordable, yet very functional rods. The next step was to put them through the paces with expert anglers till we get their stamp of approval. Our tournament tested rods hold up in the harshest conditions, while fighting some of the toughest fish that swim. Our family of die-hard pro staff has invested many hours testing and abusing our rods and gear to make sure they outperform our expectations – because we wouldn’t sell you something we wouldn’t use ourselves. We stand by our products, and that’s the way it should be.
